Privacy policy

Effective October 3, 2026

This policy explains what Mountain Top Heating, Air & Appliance Repair Inc. (“Mountain Top,” “we,” “us”) does with information on this website. We keep it simple because the site is simple.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us through the service request form: the services you need, a short description, your town or ZIP code, your name, your phone number and email, and how you prefer to be contacted. If you call, text or email us directly, we receive whatever you share in that message.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your request, schedule service and follow up on that service. We do not sell your information, and we do not rent it or share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels, and it does not run analytics that follow you around the web.

Services that touch your information

• Our form service. The request form is delivered by a form service called FormSubmit, which passes your message to our email inbox. Their handling of data is described on their own site.
• Our email provider. Requests arrive in our email account, which is subject to that provider’s privacy practices.
• Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address.
• Our hosting provider. Like most hosts, ours keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Deleting your information

To ask us to delete anything you sent us, email mountaintopheatingair@gmail.com or call 708-407-6296. We will remove it from our records unless we need to keep it for a legitimate reason, such as an open service job.

Children

This website is for adults who own or manage homes and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send, but no website or email can be guaranteed completely secure.

Other websites

This site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the latest version.
